Purpose & Scope of Consent
Prise Credit Solutions offers private credit consultancy, history audits, and dispute coordination. To analyze your credit profile, spot discrepancies, draft official letters to credit bureaus or lenders, and verify your credit standing, we require your explicit consent and authorization.
This Consent Policy governs how we gather, process, verify, and handle your credit reports and personal documentation. We act strictly upon your request, and your permission is a mandatory prerequisite for any credit review activities we perform.
KYC Document Requirements & Verification
To verify the identity of the credit report owner, prevent fraud, and ensure that dispute letters are legally valid, we require you to provide specific Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documentation. These documents are used solely for cross-verification, official filings, and report retrieval:
- Identity Proof: Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID.
- Address Proof: Utility bills (electricity, water, telephone), bank statements (not older than 3 months), or rent agreements.
- Lender Communications: Loan agreement copies, repayment schedules, bank statements, or No Objection Certificates (NOC) related to disputed accounts.
By providing these documents, you confirm that all information is authentic, true, and belongs to you. Prise Credit Solutions will not be held responsible for any administrative delays or legal disputes arising from the submission of inaccurate, fake, or doctored documents.
Explicit Credit Bureau Authorization
By signing our advisory agreement, registering for our service, or sharing your KYC files, you grant Prise Credit Solutions explicit authorization and power of attorney as a credit advisory facilitator to:
- Access, fetch, download, and review your credit history records and credit score reports from any or all authorized credit information companies (CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark).
- Share your credit reports and identity proofs with financial institutions, credit bureaus, or grievance cells specifically for the purpose of lodging and tracking official dispute letters on your behalf.
- Discuss the details of your credit history records and active disputes with the respective reporting lenders or credit bureaus to accelerate dispute resolutions.
This retrieval process is done strictly on your behalf and for your direct benefit to verify accuracy and assist in dispute filing.
Authorized Facilitator Status & Disclaimers
To comply with Indian financial regulations, we explicitly outline our service capacity and its legal boundaries:
- Independent Advisory: Prise Credit Solutions is an independent, private consultancy firm. We are **not** an official partner, subsidiary, joint venture, agent, or representative of TransUnion CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, CRIF High Mark, or the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
- Dispute Facilitator: We act strictly as an authorized facilitator. We do not possess direct access to change, edit, delete, or rewrite your records in the central databases of any credit bureau or bank. All changes can only be executed by the authorized lenders and credit bureaus after due investigation.
- No Deletion of Truthful Records: We do not offer or facilitate the deletion of accurate, legitimate negative remarks, default entries, or payment delays. We only assist in correcting erroneous, duplicate, fraudulent, or outdated credit records in accordance with the Credit Information Companies (Regulation) Act, 2005.
- Limitation of Liability: We do not guarantee score updates, loan approvals, or credit line approvals. These outcomes depend entirely on the credit policies of reporting lenders, credit bureaus, and underwriting guidelines of the banks.
Data Protection & Confidentiality
We value your privacy and implement strict administrative safeguards to protect your personal and credit information:
- Strict Confidentiality: Your credit reports, PAN/Aadhaar details, and address documents are kept strictly confidential. They are stored securely and accessed only by credit consultants directly assigned to your file.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal documents or credit data with third-party marketing companies, insurance agencies, or unauthorized loan brokers.
- Dispute Sharing: Your data is only shared with authorized credit bureaus or lenders when filing formal disputes or verification applications.
Consent Revocation Process
Your consent to retrieve reports and represent you is fully voluntary. You retain the right to withdraw or revoke your consent at any time:
- How to Revoke: To withdraw your consent, you must send an email explicitly requesting revocation from your registered email address to [email protected].
- Effect of Revocation: Upon receipt of your revocation email, we will immediately cease retrieving new credit reports or representing you in any active disputes. Your file with us will be closed.
- Data Erasure: Upon file closure after consent revocation, all digital copies of your KYC documents and credit reports will be securely deleted from our active database systems, except as required for accounting records, tax logs, or statutory compliance.
